What happens after you contact us

Every message that arrives in our inbox lands with a real person on the title team, usually within one business hour during weekday business hours. There is no chatbot triage, no offshore overflow desk, and no five-day wait for a callback.

If you reach out about a specific transaction, your message is routed to a licensed Florida title coordinator who handles your file from open to close. If you are asking a general Florida title insurance question, a senior team member writes back personally — typically with a direct number you can call if you want to talk through the details.

After hours and weekends, we still read every message. Anything urgent gets a same-night reply. The rest goes to the top of the queue on the next business morning.

Visiting our Lake Worth office

Verified Title's office is on Lake Worth Road in central Palm Beach County, a short drive from I-95 and the Turnpike. Plenty of free surface parking is available right out front, and the suite is on the ground floor so there is no elevator wait when you arrive for a signing.

If you are closing with us in person, your title coordinator schedules a signing slot rather than asking you to drop in. That keeps the wait short and reserves a quiet conference room for you and your agent or attorney. Out-of-state buyers and sellers regularly close from home over remote online notarization — call us to confirm whether RON works for your specific transaction.

For mailed packages, deliveries, and earnest money wires, ask your coordinator for the current wiring instructions and mailing details over the phone. We never share wiring details by email for security reasons.

Who to Reach

The fastest way to reach the right person at Verified Title

Most title questions land with the right team member faster if you start with the kind of help you need. Here is a quick map of who handles what, so you do not get bounced from inbox to inbox while your closing date approaches.

Opening a new Florida title order
Send the executed purchase contract and any addenda directly to title@verifiedtitle.us, or use the order form on our /order/ page. A title coordinator picks it up the same business hour.
Status update on an open file
Email your assigned title coordinator first — they can usually answer within minutes. If you have not heard back in two business hours, call (561) 810-2692 and ask for the order desk by file number.
Agent or lender referral setup
New referral accounts are activated through the /agents/ page form, then verified against your DBPR or NMLS public license record. The senior coordinator on duty calls you back the same business day.
Wire instructions or earnest money
Wiring details are never shared by email. Call the office on the published phone number and confirm with the coordinator on the file before sending any funds. Florida wire fraud schemes target closings every week.
1031 exchange or commercial deal
Email title@verifiedtitle.us with the property address and a brief summary. These files route directly to a senior coordinator who handles exchange and commercial timelines.
General Florida title insurance question
Use the form on this page or call the main line. A licensed Florida title agent answers general policy questions personally — there is no chatbot screen on the way to a real person.
A note on wire fraud security
If you ever receive an email that claims to be from Verified Title with updated wiring instructions, do not act on it. We send wire instructions only after you confirm by phone on a number you dialed yourself. Buyer and seller wire fraud is the single most common Florida closing scam, and a 30-second phone call is the cheapest insurance you can buy on closing day.
Frequently Asked

Florida title insurance contact questions

How fast does Verified Title respond?
During business hours, expect a reply within one business hour. Outside business hours, urgent matters get a same-night response, and everything else gets handled first thing the next morning.
Can I open a Florida title order without calling first?
Yes. Use the order form on our /order/ page and a title coordinator will reach out within one business hour to confirm details and ask any follow-up questions. You do not need to speak to us before submitting.
Do you take walk-ins at the Lake Worth office?
We prefer scheduled appointments so your closing or consultation gets a private room and dedicated time. If you are nearby and want to drop off documents, give us a quick call so we know to look for you.
What if I am buying or selling outside Palm Beach County?
Verified Title is licensed to issue Florida title insurance and close transactions in all 67 Florida counties. Roughly half of the closings we handle every month are outside Palm Beach County — your property location is not a problem.
Can I close remotely from another state?
Often yes, through Florida remote online notarization (RON). RON is allowed for most residential closings under Florida Statute 117.265. A few lender or transaction types still require in-person notarization — your coordinator will confirm which applies to your file.
Is my information secure when I submit the contact form?
Yes. The form does not collect financial account data, and all submissions travel over an encrypted connection. We will never ask you to send wiring instructions, bank account numbers, or sensitive identification through this form.
